Tarzan responds:
The blue color in the sky is due to the refraction of light as it passes through the atmosphere. The larger particles in our atmosphere scatter the light waves that have a larger wave length. Blue and violet have the shortest wave length in the visible spectrum and are therefore relatively unaffected by the larger molecules in the air.
If you take a bowl of clear water, add a few drops of milk to it, put it in a dark room and shine a light into it you will get the same effect. The water will "glow" a pale blue.

How Do I Suceed In Life
Q: How can I succeed in life?
Dear Reader,
Success in life is both easy and difficult. It is a matter of having a realistic goal and then following the steps to achieve that goal. You will need to make changes to these steps as you experiment with life. The biggest secret is never giving up. Keep trying and experimenting until little by little you learn what success is. This is the true nugget of all success whether you are Thomas Edision or just Joe Blow.
With patient continuence you will eventually learn what success is and how to apply it to your life.
Good Luck
Tarzan.
